RETURN POLICY

Our Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service within 48hrs of receiving your order via phone at [phone number] or email (support@sassysecret.com).
  2. One of our customer service representatives will review your return.
  3. If approved you’ll receive an email with a return form to complete and ship back to us within 7 calendar days.
  4. Email customer service (service@sassysecret.com) the tracking number used to ship your return. When delivered & processed you’ll receive an email with a store credit code.

Return Policy

If for any reason you receive your wig and are unhappy with it, you may return it within 7 days of approval. Simply complete Sassy Secret’s Easy Return steps above. When your return is received, we will confirm the stock wig is in new condition. If the wig is in new condition, you will receive an email confirmation and a store credit code within 2 business days.

We are aware of the difficulty of purchasing a lace wig online without the opportunity of experiencing it first-hand, so we offer a first time NO RESTOCKING FEE on returns. Please take the time to read the full details above of how returns are processed. 

Requirements for Returns:

  • In order for your return to qualify for return, the wig MUST be unaltered, in factory perfect condition (for sanitary reasons). For example:
    • No lace that has been trimmed or cut from the unit.
    • No adhesives or tape have been applied to the unit.
    • Hair has not been cut, trimmed, washed, dyed, permed, curled, flat ironed, combed or finger combed.
    • Tags and original packaging are intact.
    • No water or hair products (including shampoo, conditioners, hair spray, mousse, oils, etc.) have been applied to the unit.

Please Note: All returned units must meet this strict criteria to qualify for a return. Please Note: Sassy Secret reserves the right to refuse ineligible returns. All customers are allotted up to 2 returns each calendar year, however any orders placed after that you would like to return will be denied.

Shipping Returns to Sassy Secret

Any shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please ship item(s) with shipping insurance as Sassy Secret is not responsible for item(s) lost by mail carriers.

Returns/Exchange Policy for Custom Orders

Due to the nature of the item, ALL Sales are FINAL on custom lace wigs. Please take your measurements and select options very carefully. Our factory will make your custom wig according to your exact specifications. Please note, we are not responsible for improper measurements resulting in a wig that does not fit. We are also not responsible for variances in color caused by monitor settings or photographs.
