What is the processing and delivery time for a wig?

Our products ship out within 10 business days of ordering. Custom made wigs ship out within 6-8 weeks of ordering.

How can I check on the status of an order I placed?

I just placed an order but I did not get a tracking number?

A tracking number is only issued once your order has shipped. As soon as your order ships, you will automatically receive an email from us with a tracking number.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, we accept phone orders. Please call 717-904-4709 and place your order with one of our representatives.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. As long as the unit(s) is in factory condition and unaltered. Please visit our return policy page for more information.

Do you offer large cap sizes?

Some select wigs do come with large caps. Please contact us for a list of wigs that offer large caps.

I don't know how to apply my wig. Can you refer me to a local salon in my area that will be able to apply the wig for me?

For wig installation services we recommend visiting Style Seat to find a stylist in your area.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer the following “Buy Now, Pay Later” options: Shop Pay and PayPal Pay Later
