I may write another review after install but from just receiving the wig, here is what I noticed:

1) The wig did NOT come with a complimentary wig cap

2) Before ordering the wig, I called to inqire about the lace color (because it is not included in the description). I was told that it was medium-brown.  Upon receiving the wig the lace is definitely NOT medium-brown. It is VERY light (Beyonce color). If you're darker skinned (Kelly Rowland, Gabrielle Union) this lace is TOO light for you. Disappointed I wasted $440 for this wig that won't look natural on me.
