What is the Processing and Delivery Time for a Sassy Lace Wig?

Sassy Secret is very proud to announce that our entire inventory is now "Ready to Ship!" This means that when you place an order for a wig, it wigs ship either the same day or the next day, depending on what time your order is placed (excluding customer orders). If Priority Mail is selected as the shipping method, then your unit will arrive in just 2-3 business days.  If Express mail is selected, then your unit will arrive in 1-2 days.  Please note:  extreme weather conditions, beyond our control, can cause a delay in the shipping time frames above.

Delivery time on the domestic orders is 1-3 working days. International orders are also shipped the via Priority or Express Mail. For International orders, you should allow 6-10 days for delivery.

Can I get my lace wig sent next day air?

If for any reason, the processing and delivery time frame we have quoted you has passed, and you have not received your order, you may check the status of your by e-mailing us at customerservice@sassysecret.com. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours. Please ensure that you include your full name, items ordered and the approximate date the order was placed. You may also Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

I just placed an order, but I did not get a tracking number?

A tracking number is only issued when your order has shipped. As soon as your order ships, you will automatically receive an e-mail from us with a tracking number to track your package.

Can I place an order over the phone?

For the security of your credit/debit card information, we do not take orders over the phone. Please order securely in our online store with a Credit or Debit Card. You may also pay via Money Gram or Money Order. For more information about our Payment options, please click here.

Do you have Large/Small size caps in stock?

Sassy Secret does offer some small sizes in select styles. We currently to not carry large caps in stock. All our stock units are medium size ranging from 22.25-22.75 inches in circumference. For larger size caps, we encourage you to place a custom order for the unit you are interested in.

Does Sassy Secret offer Repair Services?

Yes.  Sassy Secret now offers a repair service for our customers.  Please contact our customer service department for more details via email at customerservice@sassysecret.com.

I don't know how to apply my wig; can you refer me to a local salon in my area that will be able to apply the wig for me?

We are located in Kansas City and are only aware of salons here locally that perform Lace Wig Applications. We are not aware of any salons outside of the Kansas City area that offer lace wig application. Most large cities like Atlanta, New York, Miami etc. will have many salons/shops that offer theses services. We recommend doing a Google search for local lace wig shops or salons.

Do you include application instructions with Lace Wig purchases?

Yes. All Lace Wig purchases come with a set of step by step application and care instructions. You will also receive a complimentary wig cap with any lace wig purchase.
