What is the Processing and Delivery Time on a stock Lace Wigs?

Our "Ready to ship" wig usually ship within 1-2 business days via Priority Mail so we quote 2-4 working days for delivery. For "in stock" lace wigs we generally ask our customers to allow for 5-10 working days for processing and delivery.

Delivery on the above products is 2-5 working days. We ship items within 1-2 working days via Priority Mail. International orders are also shipped via Priority Mail International which takes 6-10days.

Can i get my lace wig sent Overnighted?

Sassy Secret uses USPS Express mail for overnight delivery. In most cases Express mail is overnight, however, USPS does not guarantee overnight delivery to some zip codes. This is usually in small rural/remote towns in which case the items will arrive on the second day. Please note:  Express mail requests on purchases made before 11:30am Central Time, will ship the same day. If purchase is made after 11:30am, items will be sent Express mail on the next business day. 

How Can I Check on the status of an order I placed?

If for any reason the processing and delivery timeframe we have quoted you has passed and you have not received your order you may check the status of your by e-mailing us at info@sassytress.com . We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours. Please ensure that you include your full name, items ordered and the approximate date the order was placed. You may also Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

I just placed an order, but I did not get a tracking number.

A tracking number is only issued when your order has shipped. As soon as your order ships, you will automatically receive an e-mail from us with a tracking number to track your package.

Can i place an order over the phone?

For the security of your credit/debit card information, we do not take orders over the phone. Please order securely in our online store via PayPal or Credit/Debit Card. You do not need a PayPal account to Check out through PayPal. You can pay via Money Gram or Money Order. For more information about our Payment options, please click here.

What if i don't have a PayPal Account?

You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your order with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit and debit cards. Check securely via PayPal. On the right hand side of the PayPal page, it will ask you to log in if you have a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, on left hand side of the page, click on the "continue" link found underneath the heading "Do not have a PayPal account?"

Do you Accept Returns?

For health and sanitary reasons Sassy Secret LLC. does not accept returns. Please visit our Return Policy page for more information.

Do you have Large/Small size caps in stock?

Unfortunately we currently do not offer large size caps for stock units. All our stock units are medium size ranging from 22.25-22.75 inches in circumference. For larger size caps, we encourage you to place a custom order for the unit you are interested in. Sassy Secret does offer small sizes in select styles.

Does Sassy Secret offer Repair Services?

We are currently not set up to offer repair services.

I don't know how to apply my wig; can you refer me to a local salon in my area that will be able to apply the wig for me?

We are located in Kansas City and are only aware of salons here locally that perform Lace Wig Applications. We are not aware of any salons outside of the Kansas City area that offer lace wig application. Most large cities like Atlanta, New York, Miami e.t.c will have many salons/shops that offer theses services. We recommend doing a Google search for local lace wig shops or salons.

Do you include application instructions with Lace Wig purchases?

Yes! All Lace Wig purchases come with a set of step by step application and care instructions. You will also receive a complementary wig cap with any lace wig purchase.
