Sassy Secret Return/Exchange Policy
Due to health and sanitary standards, we will be unable to accept returns/exchanges. It is preferred by us and requested by our customers, that they do not receive items that have been returned. This policy is necessary to insure and guarantee that all our customer purchases will be directly from our manufacturer and will not have been worn, touched/finger combed or tried on prior to you receiving them. Due to the fact that we sell only new and authentic products, these conditions are strictly enforced.
Sassy Secret employs a strict Quality Control inspection system for every product that goes out to our customers to ensure that customers receive a high quality, non defective product.
Below are some Tips to ensure that you purchase a unit that is right for you.
- Know your Size- The first and most important thing when it comes to ordering a lace wig is knowing your size. We highly recommend that you take your head measurement to insure that the lace wig will fit. Sassy Secret Stock lace wigs are Standard Medium size (22.5 inch circumference) which fits the majority of people. The measurements do not all have to be exact. Usually, if your measurements are within a half inch (.5") of our measurement, the wig should fit you. Sassy Secret now offers Small size units on select styles. - Read full description- Sassy Secret has very detailed descriptions of all our products, as well as multiple images of the product taken from different angles. Take the time to read the full description and view all product images to insure that you know exactly what you are ordering.
- Lace Color- Sassy Secret stock wigs come standard with medium brown lace. Medium brown lace is suitable for most African American and ethnic complexions. Medium brown is suitable for complexions ranging from Kelly Rowlands & Gabrielle Union all the way to Beyonce & Alicia Keys. All the models featured on our website (ranging in are wearing our standard medium brown lace. For lighter complexions, like Jessica Simpson, please e-mail us at info@sassytress.com for light brown or transparent lace.
- Hair Texture- When ordering online, it can be difficult to know exactly how the texture of the hair is just by looking at the photos. We have created a page that describes the different textures we offer in our stock and custom collections. Please click here to view detailed description of our hair textures.
- Hair color- Although we make every attempt to provide color swatches that are true to color in helping you make your selection, these colors are to be used as a guide only. Differences in screen quality and resolution may make colors appear different that they actually are in person. We do not take responsibility for color selections made during the ordering process, so please be certain that the color you order is the one you want. If you are in need of assistance in choosing a color, please contact us, or purchase a color ring, as a guide to assist you prior to ordering.

Order Cancellation
If you have placed an order and need to cancel it, you may only do so within 24 hours, provided your order has not been shipped. To cancel an order, please e-mail your request to info@sassytress.com. Please include your name and order number to expedite the process. Please note, any order cancellation will incur a $25.00 processing fee. For orders placed by credit/debit card, please allow for up to 5-7 working days, before the credit appears on your statement. Orders placed via Paypal will reflect a credit immediately. Any order cancellations made after 48hours will incrr a 20% restocking fee.
