For expected delivery times, please refer to the chart below. For faster and more reliable delivery service, Sassy Secret now uses UPS for all shipments of products to our customers.

Domestic Shipping
All orders over $100.00 will require Signature Confirmation upon delivery. UPS will leave a notice if no one is available to sign for the package. Customer is then responsible to make arrangements for pick up if final attempts to deliver have been made. The customer is responsible for signing for their package. Sassy Secret is not responsible if somebody other than you signs for your package, or if the package gets lost or stolen.
APO and FPO
Please call our office to arrange shipping once your order is completed.
PO Box
When having your order shipped to a PO Box you MUST put the POST OFFICE'S physical address in the first address line and the PO Box number in the second address line in order to guarantee proper delivery of your order. Please note that if you fail to do this the package will be returned to our office and you will be responsible to pay the shipping cost to ship the package back out.
Saturday Deliveries
Normally UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, however they do offer this service for an additional $15 fee. If you need your order to be delivered on a Saturday please contact us immediately after placing your order so we can make those adjustments.

Priority/Express Mail International: Shipping fees will generally range from $30-$45 depending the number of items ordered (weight) and location. The package will be delivered by your local postal service.
Risk of Loss: Once packages are picked up from our office by the carrier, the risk of loss is passed to the customer. Sassy Secret is not liable for any packages that do not get delivered to customer. If requested, we will contact the carrier and assist the customer with finding the package. Sassy Secret is not liable and will not refund any transaction due to lost or stolen packages.
