Sassy Secret Shipping and Delivery Time frames
Sassy Secret takes great care to ensure that all packages arrive safe and within a timely manner.
All In-Stock lace wigs ship within 1 business day!
Please review the following for chart below in regards to delivery time frames. These time frames do not include US public holidays or weekends. (The shipping and delivery time frames listed below do not apply to APO addresses. Please contact the USPS for specific shipping time frames to an APO address.)

Domestic Shipping
Sassy Secret uses USPS as its only shipping method. We ship all packages via Priority Mail, unless Express Mail is specified by the customer. Shipping charges are calculated live, based on the weight of items ordered and your location. Generally, shipping within the US is about $10.95 for Priority Mail and $45.00 for Express Mail.
All orders over $100.00 will require Signature Confirmation upon delivery. The post office will leave a notice if no one is available to sign for the package. Customer is then responsible to make arrangements for pick up if final attempts to deliver have been made. The customer is responsible for signing for their package. Sassy Secret is not responsible if somebody other than you signs for your package, or if the package gets lost or stolen.
*Please note "Rush Order" Service is not available for Silk Top Custom Lace wigs. Production time for Silk top wigs is always 5-7 weeks.

*Important Note about Express Shipping: All orders placed before 8am central time will ship on the same day. Any orders placed after 8am CST will ship out the next business day. USPS Express Mail does not guarantee next day in some Zip Codes, usually small remote towns. In this case, items would be delivered on the second business day.

Priority/Express Mail International: Shipping fees will generally range from $30-$45 depending the number of items ordered (weight) and location. The package will be delivered by your local postal service.
Risk of Loss: Once packages are picked up from our office by the carrier, the risk of loss is passed to the customer. Sassy Secret is not liable for any packages that do not get delivered to customer. If requested, we will contact the carrier and assist the customer with finding the package. Sassy Secret is not liable and will not refund any transaction due to lost or stolen packages.
